Deployable Force-On-Force Instrumented Range System


		SRI's Deployable Force-on-Force Instrumented Range System (DFIRST™) is a GPS based maneuver training system. DFIRST™ was originally designed to support heavy Force-on-Force maneuver training. DFIRST™ continues to evolve to meet current and future training requirements.
		The system provides:
			Enables direct fire engagement simulation Provides real time indirect fire effects Real-time exercise monitoring and control Post-exercise after action review and take-home package generation
		The system consists of vehicle instrumentation, a Base Station/AAR trailer, and a communications subsystem. It is a deployable system that can be used at local or regional training sites.
